Laith Hermiz, Ramco-Gershenson
Mr. Laith Hermiz is Vice President of Development & Redevelopment with Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust. His key responsibilities include implementing and directing new development projects and value-added redevelopments of existing shopping centers for the Company. Locally, Mr. Hermiz is in charge of the redevelopment of The Shops at Old Orchard located at the Northeast corner of Maple and Orchard Lake Roads in West Bloomfield Township.
Mr. Hermiz previously held the position of Managing Director with Joseph Freed and Associates LLC. Mr. Hermiz holds a BS from Loyola University – Chicago and Jurist Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law. He is a licensed Attorney and real estate broker in the State of Michigan. Professional memberships include the State Bar of Michigan and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is very active in youth sports and currently coaches youth basketball and soccer teams.
Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE: RPT) is a fully-integrated, self administered, publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") based in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
